KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot has recently opened in Longview at 2802 Tuttle Blvd. As described on their website, KPOT is “a unique, hands-on, all-you-can-eat experience that merges traditional Asian hot pot with Korean BBQ flavors.”

You can stop by Monday-Thursday from 11:30 AM - 10:00 PM, Friday-Saturday from 11:30 AM - 11:00 PM, & Sundays from Noon - 10:00 PM, with the last seating happening one hour before they close.

KPOT first opened in 2018 and has started spreading quickly from state to state over the last few years. If hot pot is new to you, it’s where your group cooks the food at your table, often with a grill or hot broth.
