What started out as a brief summertime side-gig has now avalanched into a beloved and nationally producing shaved ice shop, right here in Longview. Shivers Natural Snow offers tons of artisan, ice-cold snow cones and an incredible family friendly hangout space!

THE SNOW

“We created our own version of a snow cone stand and it blew up overnight.”

Over the past nine years, Racheal Reeves, and her husband Chad, have been coming up with some of the most delicious snow cones and unique popsicles, known as ShiverSticks, in all of Texas.

The spark for their highly regarded popsicles began during the height of COVID. Their brilliant idea to seal up their amazing shaved ice in nostalgic, yet efficient packaging allowed families to easily pick up these wonderful frozen treats and enjoy them at home.

Today, their ShiverSticks and original snow cones are as popular as ever and come in a huge variety of flavors. One of their most ordered choices is the Fresh & Sweet. With all natural flavors of seasonal watermelon and fresh cucumber, its name does it justice. The crew here at Shivers pride themselves on using fresh, simple ingredients while avoiding dyes and corn syrup.

We also got the to try the Brown Cow, which is cold brew coffee and sweet cream, as well as the Lemon Bloom, a perfect blend of lemon, lavender, and sweet cream. Check out their Full Menu!

THE YARD

“I think the products are great, but I think the atmosphere is so much a part of what we do here.”

To really get the full experience of what Shivers is all about, you need to come and visit in person. The Yard is their newest endeavor of creating a space for community among family and friends. This 2-acre lot offers a safe, fenced-in area full of seating, umbrellas, and good times.

Your kids are going to love it! Watch their joy grow to new heights as they dig into a sweet snow cone, hit around the GaGa Ball with friends, and run around with glee. These are the summer days they’ll always remember.
