Typically, Santa is known for his sleigh as his most reliable mode of transportation. But, while Mrs. Claus and he are visiting down in Lindale, they give Rudolph and the boys a little break. So, what is just as quick as a reindeer? Why, their Texas stallions Mistletoe and Sprinkles, of course!

Speaking of goodies, the city of Lindale has so much to offer when it comes to the sweet stuff. Santa’s favorite spot to visit is the Lindale Candy Company which has been providing the city, and Santa’s deliveries, with sweets and treats for over 70 years. Of course, their peppermint candy is the staple of the Christmas season.

Did we mention Santa and Mrs. Claus are huge Miranda Lambert fans? They frequent The Pink Pistol, which is Lambert’s personal store! You too should grab a “Wild at Heart” mug to fill with some hot coco this chilly season. Plus, the country superstar’s winery and tasting room, Red 55 Winery, is also inside. Sip on the Crazy Ex-Girlfriend Sweet White while exploring all the store has to offer. (We may have seen Mrs. Claus partaking in this one.)

The newest addition to this storefront is the Ponderosa Pour House! It’s a partnership between the Lambert family and True Vine in Tyler. Their goal is to highlight local business by serving freshly brewed beer and giving visitors the opportunity to see how the wine bottling process is done for Red 55.

Santa and Mrs. Claus having been enjoying life for the past millennium. Over that span of time, they have seen so much change in our world and like to reflect on what life was like centuries ago. So, while they spend their time in Lindale, they love to stop by the Old Mill Pond Museum & Parrott Park! The museum and park are wonderful ways to learn about the old-fashioned ways of life from the 1850s through the 1950s. This 20-acre area is the perfect setting to go back in time to the olden days of Lindale.
