A new fresh and healthy option has made its way into East Texas! Grazefully Good Boards & Bites has opened in Lindale and what started as an endeavor to cater to friends and family has fully blossomed into a local sensation, with couple Ashley and Todd Scott at the helm.

“Grazefully Good is our brainchild,” said Ashley. “We wanted to bring a healthier option to our hometown, and we’ve worked really hard to create a space where people can come and hang out, enjoy some good food, and connect with the community.”

Texans through and through, the Scotts understand the value of local support, and that’s why Grazefully Good is all about shining a light on fellow local businesses. “We want to be as local as possible,” said Ashley.

And even more than just the food options available, they are beginning to offer classes at Grazefully Good such as making your own charcuterie board and future ideas about fermenting and canning. “I’m going my first class in August, you come in and you get to learn about cheese and what pairs with it,” said Ashley. “And then you get to build your own board to take home with you. It’s exciting and I think it’s going to be a lot of fun.”

Todd added, “It’s her dream, and I wanted to make that dream come true. It’s been tough, but it’s also been exciting, and it’s been exciting seeing all the people’s reaction and how people really want these healthy options... and what she dreamed of actually coming true.”

Over time, the excitement will only grow as Grazefully Good continues to team up with other businesses in the local area and bring more events and classes to enjoy, and as more people come to enjoy the cozy atmosphere and inviting ambiance that make you want to stay for hours at a home.

Ashley & Todd said it best as we ended our interview, “They can come in their cutoffs, shorts, and t-shirts, or they can come dressed up and it just be a comfortable place.”
