Robert Plant and Alison Krauss coming to Shreveport

SHREVEPORT, La. (Ark-La-Tex Weekend) - The Shreveport Municipal Auditorium announced that Robert Plant and Alison Kraus extended their “Raise the Roof” Tour into 2023. The first concert will be here in Shreveport on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 8 p.m. Joining them will be special guest JD McPherson.

Plant and Krauss released the Raise the Roof album back in 2021 and received several nominations. Krauss is known for her incredible bluegrass and country style. She’s performed in front of three U.S. Presidents. Plant is no stranger to success as well. He’s widely known for his work with Led Zeppelin and his career that spans five decades. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1995.

Pre-sale tickets go on sale Wednesday, February 1st at 10 a.m. through the artist and Spotify presale sites. General public sales begin at 10 a.m. on Friday, February 3, 2023.
